We are pleased to inform you of the following opportunity for Client Servicing - Activations with a 360 advertising and activations agency Mumbai.
JD :-
To effectively handle client servicing and project coordination responsibilities ensuring smooth communication on-ground execution and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities :-
Day-to-day coordination and follow-up on ongoing projects
Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution
Visit project sites as needed for supervision and updates
Prepare and maintain project status reports and documentation
Manage and oversee on-ground brand communication and execution
Support in organizing and executing BTL activities and brand campaigns
Mandatory Skills :-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to maintain structured communication with internal and external stakeholders
Optional/Preferred Skills :-
Exposure to BTL (Below The Line) marketing or event management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment
