Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process Automation: Design develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes including web desktop SAP and mainframe applications.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand current processes assess automation feasibility and document requirements (e.g. Process Design Document - PDD Solution Design Document - SDD).
Workflow Development: Build and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio ensuring they are efficient scalable and maintainable.
Orchestrator Management: Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for bot deployment scheduling and monitoring.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues to optimize bot performance.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including PDD SDD and technical specifications.
Best Practices: Adhere to UiPath best practices (e.g. RE Framework naming conventions) and ensure high-quality structured automation solutions.
Support and Maintenance: Provide post-deployment support monitor bot performance and resolve production issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts project managers and IT teams to deliver automation projects on time.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath (Studio Orchestrator Robots).
Technical Skills:
o
Proficiency in UiPath Studio for designing automation workflows.
o
Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for bot management and deployment.
o
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python C# or JavaScript for custom automation tasks.
o
Experience with database interactions using SQL for automation processes.
o
Understanding of APIs and their integration with RPA solutions.
Process Knowledge: Experience in process analysis design and implementation with a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
Certifications: UiPath Certified RPA Associate or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
o
Knowledge of other RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere Blue Prism) is an advantage.
o
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
o
Familiarity with AI/ML integration for intelligent automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
BE/ or equivalent qualifications.
