Responsibilities:
As an IT Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services. Your day-to-day activities will include driving incident issue and outage management as well as conducting investigations and restorations. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Expert proficiency in Customer Satisfaction is required. Expert proficiency in Customer Technical Support is recommended. Additionally expert proficiency in Quality Assurance is suggested.
