At MindSearch we specialise in headhunting and recruiting top-tier talent across Medical Commercial HR Consulting and Rec2Rec sectors. To support our growth were looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong new business instincts and a solid track record in permanent recruitment.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment assignments: client development brief sourcing interviews offer

  • Grow your own portfolio through new business development and warm leads

  • Deliver on retained or contingent mandates depending on the sector

  • Use a mix of proactive headhunting CV sourcing and job board attraction

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and delivery



  • Requirements


    • Minimum 2 3 years experience in perm recruitment ideally within:

      • Medical & Healthcare

      • Sales / Business Development / Commercial

      • HR & Talent Acquisition

      • Consulting or Rec2Rec

    • Solid 360 experience (BD delivery)

    • A strong appetite for developing new clients and growing accounts

    • Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and direct outreach

    • Proactive structured and client-focused

    • Fluent English and/or French
