Manage full-cycle recruitment assignments: client development brief sourcing interviews offer
Grow your own portfolio through new business development and warm leads
Deliver on retained or contingent mandates depending on the sector
Use a mix of proactive headhunting CV sourcing and job board attraction
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and delivery
Minimum 2 3 years experience in perm recruitment ideally within:
Medical & Healthcare
Sales / Business Development / Commercial
HR & Talent Acquisition
Consulting or Rec2Rec
Solid 360 experience (BD delivery)
A strong appetite for developing new clients and growing accounts
Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and direct outreach
Proactive structured and client-focused
Fluent English and/or French
