Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Lead the month-end close process including consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and variance analysis with relevant business units including analysis around intercompany charges.
- Ensure appropriate accounting treatment across the group.
- Liaise with auditors preparing documentation for annual audits and regulatory filings.
- Supervise cash flow management treasury operations and optimisation of working capital.
- Drive automation and integration across finance systems.
- Support implementation of financial controls and improve efficiency across finance operations.
- Partner with the Group Finance Team on various initiatives and projects.
- Lead mentor and develop finance team.
- Foster a culture of integrity accountability and continuous learning within the finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent).
- 510 years of progressive experience in finance including at least 13 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical capability.
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in financial systems.
- Experience working with BI/reporting tools and automating financial workflows.
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
