Reporting to the Supervisor of Payroll the Senior Payroll administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the organizations payroll ensuring compliance with employment legislation collective agreements and organizational policies. This role oversees complex payroll functions supports audits leads payroll reporting and acts as a resource for payroll staff. The Senior Payroll Administrator ensures payroll data integrity and provides analytical and technical support for continuous improvement.

Consistent with the Mission Philosophy and Policies of the Senior Payroll Administrator prepares payment on a bi-weekly basis for all employees of via the existing payroll system (Quadrant) based upon their hours of work and other entitlements as approved by a Supervisor Manager Director or designate and the related duties. Quality services are evident when professional communication timeliness accuracy ethical awareness / sensitivity confidentiality are consistently demonstrated as required by legislation and program/service standards.
