We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist Lead to leverage large datasets for identifying opportunities in product and process optimization. The ideal candidate will utilize models to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies. This role requires a strong background in data mining data analysis data tools model building and implementation algorithm development and simulation execution. A proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and functional teams are essential. The successful candidate will be passionate about uncovering data-driven solutions and partnering with stakeholders to enhance business outcomes. Strong management and leadership abilities are a must.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data science related businessrequirements.
- Identifyand automate the collection of valuable datasources.
- Developpredictive models and machine learningalgorithms.
- Analyzedata to identify patterns and trends translating them into actionable insights (e.g. through Tableau and presentations).Create advanced analytics models to address businessneeds.
- Recognizebusiness needs and formulate hypothesesaccordingly.
- Establishplans and monitor teamperformance.
- Develop manage and evaluate the team to achieve desiredresults.
- BuildAI/ML models and the capability to improve and fine-tune AI/ML models.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist with at least 2 years in a leadershiprole.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related quantitative field. Master and PhDs degree ispreferred.
- Solidunderstanding of data science and machine learning principles with demonstrated experience in solving data sciencechallenges.
- Experienceworking with diverse data types including image NLP and time seriesdata.
- Experiencewith productionalize LLM and GenAI adept in RAG MCP and LLM finetuning.
- Understandingof the data discovery process to generate businessinsights.
- Experiencewith Cloud Technology preferably Google CloudPlatform.
- Proficiencyin programming preferablyPython.
- Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functionalteams.
- Strongleadershipskills.
- Creative innovative and possesses critical thinking abilities.
