Responsibilities
- As an Associate in the Customer Success team you will play a pivotal role in actively engaging and interacting with our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing and resolving queries and questions raised by our community members.
- Facilitating an open and vibrant community environment.
- Providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Good to Have:
- Proficiency in data handling and report generation using tools like MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of programming.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer handling and support.
- Strong knowledge of Excel Google Sheets Google Workspace problem-solving and email drafting.
