Job Title: Associate - Customer Success

Responsibilities


  • As an Associate in the Customer Success team you will play a pivotal role in actively engaging and interacting with our community. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Addressing and resolving queries and questions raised by our community members.
  • Facilitating an open and vibrant community environment.
  • Providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Good to Have:
  • Proficiency in data handling and report generation using tools like MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of programming.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer handling and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel Google Sheets Google Workspace problem-solving and email drafting.
