Sales Associate StretchLab Hoboken
Location: 760 Jackson Street Hoboken NJ 07030
Compensation: $17 per hour commission
Schedule: 2025 hours per week (Saturday availability preferred)

Position Overview
As a Sales Associate youll be on the front lines of our studio welcoming new faces building relationships and driving membership sales. This is not your typical desk jobthis is an opportunity to engage directly with the Hoboken community and help clients discover the life-changing benefits of assisted stretching.
What Youll Do

Lead prospective clients through engaging conversations calls and tours of the studio

Educate potential members on StretchLabs services memberships and benefits

Consistently close new memberships and exceed personal and studio sales goals

Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current members

Accurately manage lead tracking follow-ups and sales activity in our CRM system

Assist with studio events local marketing efforts and community outreach

Support daily studio operations as part of a collaborative team
What Were Looking For

Strong communicator with a passion for people and wellness

Sales experience in fitness hospitality or retail preferred

Outgoing personality with the ability to connect quickly and build trust

Competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals and grow with the team

Organized reliable and self-motivated

Availability for 2025 hours per week including Saturdays
