Job Brief:
As an HR Executive you will play a key role in supporting all HR functions from recruiting and onboarding to performance compliance and employee engagement. Your goal is to build a productive inclusive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment: post jobs screen candidates schedule interviews and manage onboarding.
- Facilitate new hire induction and administrative setup.
- Manage employee relations address grievances and foster a positive culture.
- Support performance management training programs and career development.
- Maintain accurate HR records databases and documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration payroll coordination and HR reporting.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover hiring engagement) to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Draft implement andupdate HR policies; ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration or similar.
- 2 years experience in HR ( Recruitment & generalist Activity).
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Preferred:
- MBA in HR or equivalent.
- Experience with HR analytics or engagement initiatives.
