Job Description

Job Brief:


As an HR Executive you will play a key role in supporting all HR functions from recruiting and onboarding to performance compliance and employee engagement. Your goal is to build a productive inclusive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment: post jobs screen candidates schedule interviews and manage onboarding.
  • Facilitate new hire induction and administrative setup.
  • Manage employee relations address grievances and foster a positive culture.
  • Support performance management training programs and career development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records databases and documentation.
  • Assist with benefits administration payroll coordination and HR reporting.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover hiring engagement) to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Draft implement andupdate HR policies; ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration or similar.
  • 2 years experience in HR ( Recruitment & generalist Activity).
  • Working knowledge of Indian labour laws.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Preferred:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience with HR analytics or engagement initiatives.
