Job Description
As a Jira Process Manager you will:
- Assess the current stage of Jira usage across teams and identify gaps.
- Collect analyze and report key metrics building dashboards roadmaps and trend visibility.
- Propose improvements to workflows reporting structures and processes based on data-driven insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
- Research and integrate complementary tools (e.g. Jellyfish GitHub) to strengthen data visibility and decision-making.
- Drive governance models adoption strategies and change management plans for process improvements.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of Jira practices to maximize team productivity.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of professional experience with Jira administration process analysis or project management.
- Strong expertise in Jira including dashboards reporting workflows and integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
- Solid grounding in process optimization KPI definition and analytical reporting.
- Experience with complementary tools such as Jellyfish GitHub or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose and implement scalable process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading adoption/change management initiatives is a strong advantage.
What about languages
You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team
How much experience must I have
Minimum 5 years of relevant product design experience.
