Job Summary:
The Site Manager plays a critical leadership role responsible for managing and leading the daily operations and administrative functions of an assigned facility. This position requires a proactive leader who can make recommendations to improve productivity quality and safety. By formulating and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures the Site Manager helps guide the organization in maintaining its competitive position and profitability. This role is essential for ensuring an efficient delivery of products and services for our customers.

What Youll Be Doing:
As a Site Manager your responsibilities will include:
Training and developing onsite personnel in your assigned facility to ensure specific site goals are met.
Ensuring standards of production quality safety and equipment are maintained through a cost-effective process to ensure maximum productivity.
Providing leadership and guidance to facilitate action plans in a timely and proactive manner.
Working closely with internal and external customers to establish and maintain relationships at the highest level.
Troubleshooting investigating and making recommendations to implement solutions to problems related to any area of the facility.
Analyzing and communicating financial operational and administrative problems or concerns and working to resolve them in a prompt professional manner.
Advising the Regional Manager or Director of any labor safety security customer or employee relations concerns.
Working closely with HR and Risk teams to ensure all company policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistently.
Monitoring regulatory compliance and conducting periodic Compliance Audits.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a management or leadership role within a warehouse or production environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and develop a team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting operational and administrative issues.
Experience with financial analysis cost control and managing operational standards.
A deep understanding of safety quality and regulatory compliance.
Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relevant operational software.
Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires regular movement throughout the facility.
The ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods is required.
Must be able to navigate a warehouse environment including moving around equipment and products.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
You may be exposed to dust noise and fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold).
The role may require a combination of office and facility floor time.
