- The Mid Special Projects Officer-IWC Support Services provides comprehensive program operational support for CONUS and OCONUS IWC activities.

- Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide project management and required staff to manage and oversee the development coordination and execution of all activities.
- Develop plan and lead projects from requirements definition through deployment identifying schedules scopes budget estimations and implementation plans including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope schedule and budget.
- Analyze project status and when necessary provide recommendations on the scope schedule or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Develop staff integrate and execute Air Land Sea based and Information Operations IW strategic engagements within USG and other academic institutions.
- The Special Project Officer - Mid also supports the PM and Operations Integrator in performance of select tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to align engagements and other work with the project plan.
- Masters degree in National Security International Relations or Business
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in IW activities with at least 5 years working at the operational or strategic level. SOF experience strongly preferred.
- Experience advising senior government officials and working within DoD and interagency environments.
- One (1) year experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Personnel Management Administration Logistics Planning and Management Program Management Protocol Public Affairs or Political Military Affairs.
- Demonstrated knowledge on Irregular Warfare Gray zone activities functional understanding of the policy process and Washington D.C. diplomatic and military organizations and culture and the ability to interact with senior foreign representatives.
- Must possess a Top-Secret Clearance.
