Job Description
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Computer Science etc.) or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience managing large-scale machine learning-powered product programs and delivering client/server software across large organizations (100 people).
- Proven program management analytical and cross-functional leadership skills with experience driving data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills with expertise in negotiation presentation and influencing across teams.
- Masters or PhD degree in Statistics Business Intelligence Computer Science other Quantitative Sciences or related field and equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space preferably experience in evaluation of MLAI products.
- Self-sufficient in analyzing and drawing conclusions about the quality and product opportunity from raw and refined product data
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
