POSITION AVAILABLE: Senior Finance Executive - Mumbai
Position Summary:
Were seeking an experienced Accounting Professional with team management experience to oversee and manage our organizations entire accounting cycle including invoicing accounts receivable accounts payable daily operations end-of-month (EOM) activities and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating records in accounting Software - Tally Prime.
- Preparation of client invoices (IRN generated invoices) based on invoices received from the companys internal software and related sources.
- Verification of client agreements and POs.
- Manage emails received from clients/freelancers/vendors on day-to-day basis.
- Preparation of Accounts Receivable ageing report collection report & reconcile payments received from the client.
- Prepare monthly data for TDS & GST payment.
- Filing monthly/quarterly tax return - TDS & GST.
- Reconciling ECL & Cash ledgers from GST portal monthly.
- Work on internal Global Operating systems.
- Handle International payment.
- Handling petty cash and managing payable.
- Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Scrutiny.
- Working on Cash flow report.
- Working on various internal reports for mgmt. review.
- Managing & bookkeeping of Inter Office transactions.
- To overview evaluators payment process Interaction with Evaluators & global offices for payment queries.
- Preparing data for audit and Co-ordination with CA on various line items as advised audit procedures.
- Create and maintain appropriate files for record.
- Providing data/complete tasks within agreed upon deadlines.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures of the documented Information Security Management system according to ISO 27001 requirements.
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- Preferred at least min 4-7 years of work experience with minimum 3 years experience in handling a team.
- Good communication skills detailed and accurate.
- Knowledge of MS Office & Tally.
- Good knowledge of Advance Excel & making PPT.
Competency Skills:
- Need to work Independently with 100% Accuracy and to schedule time and resources effectively.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Office applications Tally ERP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to foster a team spirit positive attitude towards work co-workers and management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at different stages in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strive to learn new things work strategically to save costs and work towards automation of processes.

CTC offered Min 4.00 Lacs Max 6.5 Lacs. p.a.
