The Practice Lead for Global Payment Operations with a focus on Wholesale Payments will lead the Repair and Investigations processing operations in the US EMEA and APAC regions.
This leader will be responsible for multiple Payment Processing teams in various geographical locations.
The role requires an exceptional leader with thought leadership that can balance the functions; Payment Repairs Exception processing and Payment Investigations having a complete understanding of the payment lifecycle and the various payment rails (Fedwire CHAPS RITS CHIPs and etc.) while leading the groups through Industry changes and interacting with key stakeholders.
The role includes managing others and applying operational or strategic management skills. Management responsibilities and decisions likely include hiring performance reviews pay decisions and development.
The leader provides leadership and direction through managers; setting goals and enabling success through effective management. Is accountable for the performance and results of a division or region. Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy. Decisions are guided by functional or major operational segment strategy and priorities.
