Job Description

An Interventional Pain Management group in Indianapolis Indiana is expanding and invites a dedicated Pain Physician to join our esteemed practice. Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced interventional pain management procedures including injections spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump implants with precision and expertise to effectively manage chronic pain conditions.

  • Manage a daily patient volume of 30-40 conducting thorough evaluations accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs and medical history.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized pain management strategies ensuring optimal patient outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

  • Maintain detailed accurate and timely patient records adhering to all regulatory standards and practice protocols to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and compliance.

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in pain management integrating innovative techniques and technologies to provide state-of-the-art care and improve patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).

  • Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship is required demonstrating proficiency in complex interventional pain management procedures.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of pain management techniques including injections spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump implants with a focus on technical excellence.

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in patient-centered care and clinical practice.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on compassionate empathetic patient interactions to build trust and rapport.

  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain one).
