Job Description
An Interventional Pain Management group in Indianapolis Indiana is expanding and invites a dedicated Pain Physician to join our esteemed practice. Responsibilities
Perform advanced interventional pain management procedures including injections spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump implants with precision and expertise to effectively manage chronic pain conditions.
Manage a daily patient volume of 30-40 conducting thorough evaluations accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs and medical history.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized pain management strategies ensuring optimal patient outcomes and enhanced quality of life.
Maintain detailed accurate and timely patient records adhering to all regulatory standards and practice protocols to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and compliance.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in pain management integrating innovative techniques and technologies to provide state-of-the-art care and improve patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship is required demonstrating proficiency in complex interventional pain management procedures.
Comprehensive knowledge of pain management techniques including injections spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump implants with a focus on technical excellence.
Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in patient-centered care and clinical practice.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on compassionate empathetic patient interactions to build trust and rapport.
Valid medical license to practice in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain one).
