Mall Shift Supervisor- Toms River NJ

$21.00-$21.48

SHIFT HOURS:

1400-2200 Fri & Sat; 0800-1600 Sun; 1000-1800 Mon; 1300-2100 Tue

Requirements:

Valid SORA licenseor willing to obtain
Valid Drivers Licensewith a clean MVR
High School Diploma/GED
Must be 18 years or older
Strong customer serviceand communication skills
Must be reliable self-motivated and flexible
Weekend availabilityrequired

The Senior Shift Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s). Observes and reports activities and incidents providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel visitors and premises.

The Senior Shift Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
