Job Description
Mammographer (Day Shift)
Location: Cambridge MA 02138
Duration: 13 week
Shift: Day Shift(8) - 8:00 start
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2480 - $2640; Depending on experience (negotiable)
Responsibilities: - Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with facility protocols and ACR guidelines.
- Ensure quality imaging and patient safety at all times.
- Operate mammography equipment and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Accurately document patient procedures and maintain up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with radiologists technologists and patients.
- Uphold HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
- ARRT certification in Mammography (M)
- Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License Active
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography
- Strong knowledge of mammography positioning ACR standards and digital imaging systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
