Required Education
Diploma / BE - (Mining) and Second Class / First Class Manager competency certificate.
Required Experience
09 to 14 yrs in Opencast Limestone mines (Preferably Cement industry background)
Special Skill Training
1. 1st / 2nd Class Mines Manager of Competency
2. Have experience to handle statutory position as Assistant Manager Mine sin Highly Mechanised Mines
3. Have Knowledge of drilling & blasting in mines
Key Responsibilities
1. All Statutory duties and responsibilities stipulated under regulation no. 45 of MMR - 1961 for Assistant Mines Manager to manage shift operations.
2. Advance Over-burden removal & advance drilling for smooth mine operations.
3. Monitoring & reviewing of HEMMs availability & reliability
4. Delivery of Limestone quantity with quality as per plants AOP targets.
5. Optimum utilisation of manpower and resources Alongwith development of safety culture.
