We are seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a dynamic healthcare facility located in Mason City Iowa. Job Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for various procedures excluding transplants.
• Work collaboratively with a local Anesthesiology private group.
• Provide physician support before during and after procedures.
• Maintain professional credentials and clinical knowledge.
• Engage in teaching opportunities for student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (sRNAs).
• Administer regional anesthesia general anesthesia and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).
• Participate in flexible scheduling to ensure work-life balance.
• Engage in a team-oriented approach to provide quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) by the time of start REQUIRED
• Experience in administering all types of anesthesia except for transplants
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying clinical situations.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Iowa license HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) REQUIRED
