Lead and oversee all dealership operations: sales finance service and fixed ops
Create and execute strategies to maximize volume profitability and customer satisfaction
Recruit develop and inspire a high-performing management team and staff
Manage financial performance inventory expense control and compliance standards
Build strong relationships with both customers and the community
Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager ready to step up
Strong financial and operational understanding of dealership performance metrics
A hands-on leader who motivates teams drives accountability and sets a winning culture
High energy and focus on both results and customer experience
