Job Description

The College of Fine Arts seeks and Administrative Coordinator for the School of Theatre. This position assists with a variety of duties ranging from reception and office management to special projects focused on marketing recruitment database maintenance and the supervision of the student work-study program.

  • Serve as the face of the School of Theatre (SOT) by managing guests incoming phone calls email correspondence and mail.
  • Manage the Schools Script Library and inventories and stock office supplies.
  • Serve as scribe for SOT faculty and staff meetings.
  • Support faculty with special projects and IT-related questions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Schools work study staff.
  • Support the Director of Admissions with Information Session scheduling audition appointment scheduling course evaluation distribution and Summer Theatre Institute application processing.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S. A friendly patient and dedicated demeanor and outstanding phone manner are essential. Prior college admissions technical theatre and/or marketing experience a plus 1 -3 years of experience.
