5 years of experience in program or project management sales strategy consulting or related functions
Proven ability to design and run structured programs that drive business outcomes
Skilled in building business cases using qualitative insights and quantitative data to influence decisions across teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing across teams and levels
Bachelor Masters or equivalent in related field
Understanding of the digital marketing industry landscape inclusive of media buyers ad tech companies agencies and resellers.
Experience working closely with sales teams ideally in the digital advertising or media space
Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in cross-functional environments
