Job Description:
Job Profile Summary
The Sr. Analyst for Americas Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a range of focused strategic data analytics supporting Allison growth. This person works closely with Allison Regional Sales Teams OEM Sales Teams Global Strategic Marketing Finance and cross functional teams by representing the Americas Marketing organization in these venues. This role involves leading and providing market research and information through the Customer Value Creation Process (CVCP) to support key decisions and initiatives in the Americas.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of the Market Demand Forecast (MDF); collaborate with regional and functional teams to monitor market trends assess regulatory impacts and deliver 5-year volume and adoption rate forecasts.
Analyze and interpret data related to markets segments and competitors; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Lead marketing contributions to the Customer Value Creation Process (CVCP) to support and inform Sales; act as the CVCP champion for continuous improvement within MSS Americas Marketing.
Manage data sources related to forecasting and market data analytics.
Collaborate with the MSS team to provide market intelligence and strategic analytics.
Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) engagements to understand customer demand expectations and perceptions of market conditions.
Support the Allison Experience by engaging in customer events including demo track activities to showcase Allisons value propositions and facilitate meaningful interactions between customers and the Allison team.
Support the development and creation of marketing presentations that effectively communicate and visualize market trends insights and data analytics for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Achievement of volume and revenue growth targets
Champion CVCP 2.0 for continuous improvement
Deliver MDF and MDF Refresh

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field of study or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years industrial marketing or commercial experience.
Experience
Required:
Excellent command of English language for writing/editing/proofreading
Strong ability with reading analyzing and interpreting market research and data sources
Effective in presenting information to top management and peers
Willingness to travel domestically on a limited basis
Culturally sensitive
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
Attention to detail
High level of organization
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Proficiency with Excel Power BI and PowerPoint
Preferred:
MBA will be an added advantage
Business or marketing degree with data analytics a plus
Experience with market research
Experience in commercial vehicle markets
Knowledge of Allison products
Additional language skills
