Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity in Fort Lauderdale FL
Join a renowned facility seeking a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon for sporadic coverage starting ASAP. Job Responsibilities
- Provide surgical services in cardiothoracic surgery.
- Be available for 24-hour on-call shifts.
- Manage an average of 2-3 cases per day.
- Work effectively in a trauma 3 designated facility.
- Utilize Cupid documentation system/EMR for patient records.
- Engage with adult patients focusing primarily on those aged 25 and older.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery (ABTS/ABMS) - REQUIRED
- Fellowship Training in Cardiothoracic Surgery - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS Certifications - REQUIRED
- Current Florida State License - REQUIRED
- Local provider is highly preferred.
- Must adhere to a conversion rate cap of 25k - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements
- Board Certification in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Active Florida State Medical License
