Job Position Summary

Assist CRM Instructors and Chief Pilot Training Development in Day-to-day Tasks and to ensure that CRM Training Records documentation and qualifications requirements satisfy the regulatory and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

CRM Training Administrator shall be responsible for the following:

  1. Assist the CRM department in the administration of complete training activity and office correspondence.
  2. Maintain monthly quarterly and annual CRM training data and generate necessary reports.
  3. Maintain CRM Training Document and coordinate revisions with the flight safety documentation department in compliance with Company Operations Manual.
  4. Monitor compliance of CRM Courses and approvals of CRM Instructors as per the requirement laid down in the OM Part D.
  5. Plan and assign CRM Duty in the crew management system for Pilot CRMIs and make necessary travel HOTAC and transport.
  6. Prepare and issue Attendance Sheet examination result sheets and Course Completion Certificates as per the requirement in CCTM and OM Part D
  7. Maintain an efficient filing system for CRM Training Records
  8. Maintain all relevant data required for departmental annual budgeting and assist in preparation of Budget
  9. Any other responsibilities accorded by the Chief Pilot Training -Development/CRM Manager.

Training Development Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage complex spreadsheets formulas and data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
  2. Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Power Automateand integrate various Microsoft applications.
  3. Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIto present key business insights.
  4. Create professional documents reports and templates in Microsoft Word.
  5. Develop engaging presentations with data visualization in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  6. Manage email calendars and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.
  7. Facilitate team collaboration using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  8. Ensure data integrity version control and efficient document management.
  9. Providetrainingand support to employees on Microsoft tools and automation best practices.

Desired Qualification / Certifications

Looking for a Tech-savvy professional with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Power Automate and Power BIto enhance productivity automate workflows and improve data-driven decision-making within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating efficient business solutions using Microsoft 365 tools streamlining processes and providing data insights to support strategic initiatives.

Preferred relevant work experience

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams SharePoint).
  2. Hands-on experience with Power Automatefor workflow automation and integration.
  3. Strong Power BI skills including data modeling visualization and DAX.
  4. Experience in Excel macros Power Query and advanced functions.
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and data security best practices.
  6. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills and knowledge

  1. Microsoft Power Platform certification(Power Automate or Power BI).
  2. Experience with VBA SQL or Power Appsis a plus.
  3. Background in business intelligence IT or process automation.
