You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Training & Competence (T&C) Team is responsible for the competencies of and due diligence monitoring of sales process and supervisory duties of our tied sales force and Income Advisory Group (IAG). The T&C Team reports to the T&C functional head who reports to the Head of Distribution Talent Centre IAG Shared Services.
He/she will be part of the team that is responsible in enforcing specified competency regime by offering support on the ground undertaking field-based assurance checks and policy enforcement monitoring of fulfilment of requirements He/she shall drive good practices expected the sales force in fulfilling the required expectations in accordance with the company/industry standards in following key areas:
Support and implement initiatives monitoring processes and conduct constant reviews to improve competency standards of supervisors and advisors.
Review and keep Competency policies Guides and SOPs up to date accordingly with company industry and regulators developments.
Generate and prepare regular reports for monitoring tracking and reporting purposes on various expectation such as CPD hours mandatory training span of control.
Facilitate annual sales competency certification
Provide exemption requests.
Support in thematic sales documentation and supervisory duties assurance checks which include
o prepare audit findings reports and management updates.
o apply and follow up on appropriate corrective measures.
Prepare and conduct briefings training to the sales force as needed.
Undertake projects and execute activities assigned to team.
