The role of a Business Development Manager for the Northern UK territory is to develop new business and maintain existing business accounts within the automotive finishes side of our business. This role is a strategic customer-facing role that supports growth for brands we partner with and works closely with distribution partners and internal teams.
The position is field-based within Sherwin-Williams UK&I reporting to the UK and Ireland Market Manager.
Accountable todevelopment new Bodyshop end user business within the Northern territory
Sales of up tomeasured by growth within targeted new accounts.
Responsibilities includegrowing new bodyshop business with an element to maintain a good relationship with several distribution sales team to help grow bodyshop business this will be working with some our end users including the Octoral DeBeer and U9K brands.
Introductionof new products and services to be offered to distribution and bodyshopaccounts.
Manages the execution of multiple sales and related business strategies by streamlining programs overseeing implementation and coordinating marketing activities for refinishes as a product group.
This is akey customerfacingroleand willrequiredaily interactions with business partners presentingtolargegroupsofsalesandtechnicalstaffsattending industry events and networking within the industry and business segments.
Accountablefortheprovisionofcompetitoranalysisandbusinessdevelopment ideas linked to the overall business strategy.
Thisrolewillalsobethelinkbetweenthebusinessandspendtrackingofallour Bodyshop customer.
BeingaleaderandambassadorofSherwin-Williamscorevaluesandstandards.
Acriticalcustomerfacingroleonanational/regionallevel.
