5 years experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry
Proven ability to guide and mentor high-performing sales teams
Strong background in solution sales within enterprise and government sectors
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies
Excellent relationship management skills across the full customer lifecycle
Strong negotiation and thoughtful capabilities with a customer-first mindset
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in stakeholder engagement and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Ability to work on ones own and as part of a collaborative team

Guide and mentor a national team of Key Account Managers
Support the development and execution of customer retention and growth strategies
Monitor sales activity and pipeline performance offering insights and improvements
Provide regular reporting to seniors on forecasts and growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted initiatives for customer engagement
Assist in negotiating and executing large customer deals and contracts
Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a senior escalation contact
Attend industry events to strengthen partnerships and stay informed on market trends
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless internal communication
Foster a culture of excellence care and continuous improvement
