The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to take on the dynamic role of our next Customer Service Specialist to support the implementation of a new case management system for the Courts of Limited Jurisdiction. Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor the position is responsible for delivering customer support services for the Court of Limited Jurisdictions new case management system by providing consultation and problem resolution to customers using applications supported by AOC. This job functions as a subject matter expert in judicial system applications and business processes. The incumbent performs independently and exercises decision-making responsibility within Courts of Limited Jurisdiction.

Salary: Range 60: $69744 - $91464 per year (DOQ)

*Duration: This CLJ-CMS project position is currently funded through June 30 2027.It is anticipated that continued funding will be approved throughDecember 31 2027.

This position requires you to be in the office at least one (1) day per week.
