Role: German speaking Customer Support
Salary: Basic salary of €20555.97 gross/year.
Hours of work: 39hrs p/week Mon-Fri

We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant international team in Barcelona. This is your chance to be part of an exciting digital marketing project that helps businesses grow and thrive online.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact handling customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Direct queries to the right department efficiently while ensuring excellent service.
- Achieve and exceed defined KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Deliver every interaction with a focus on accuracy helpfulness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Strong customer focus with a genuinely friendly and helpful approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Relocation Package
There is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate which includes: flight to Barcelona from a European airport airport pickup in Barcelona and 4 weeks accommodation on arrival plus an additional relo bonus of 600 euro paid in the 2nd month (note: if company accomodation is not available a financial compensation will be given). Furthermore there is a fantastic on boarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
