You must be well-versed in various types of legal proceedings and stay updated on changes in local state and federal laws. Success in this role will be demonstrated by paying attention to detail and ensuring workload is completed in a timely manner to ensure partners and attorneys are prepared for all eventualities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize all legal documents in a confidential way
Qualifications:
Customer service skills
Team player works well with others in a group setting
Strong organizational skills
Working knowledge of legal terms and procedures preferred
Effective verbal and communication skills
Minimum of 1 year experience or in-house legal experience
Proficient in MS Office

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%-50% of travel for work-related tasks within the state and it is covered by the firm
Salary: $13-$16 an hour
Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Tampa office with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday Friday 8-hour shifts 8:30am-5:30pm
