Job requirements
- The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team defining product vision prioritizing features and ensuring successful delivery of high-value solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking customer empathy and technical understanding to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Define maintain and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Create manage and refine the product backlog ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities.
- Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Act as the voice of the customer ensuring end-user needs are incorporated into design and development.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide future enhancements.
- Make informed trade-off decisions between scope timelines and resources.
- Ensure compliance with security data governance and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and competitor offerings.
- Skills & Qualifications Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience 58 years of experience in product management product ownership or related roles. Proven track record of managing enterprise-grade digital products from conception to delivery.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Trello or similar project management platforms.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) and modern technology stacks.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for decision-making. Soft Skills Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience working in the digital transformation or technology consulting space.
- Exposure to data-driven products AI/ML initiatives or advanced analytics
