Responsibilities
Define maintain and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
Create manage and refine the product backlog ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities.
Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
Act as the voice of the customer ensuring end-user needs are incorporated into design and development.
Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide future enhancements.
Make informed trade-off decisions between scope timelines and resources.
Ensure compliance with security data governance and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
Experience 58 years of experience in product management product ownership or related roles. Proven track record of managing enterprise-grade digital products from conception to delivery.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Trello or similar project management platforms.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) and modern technology stacks.
Ability to analyze data and derive insights for decision-making. Soft Skills Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
