The role

The NSW GovernmentsPre-Sale Finance Guarantee program is a bold new initiative designed to unlock housing supply by helping developers overcome financing barriers and progress viable residential projects. As part of a newly established team within the Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure we have a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program thats accelerating housing delivery across the state.

Were building this team from the ground up and are seeking a Senior Manager Portfolio Management with deep expertise in financial analysis developer assessment and construction sector this subject matter expert role youll lead the assessment of complex applications providing critical advice on developer credibility capability capacity and project risk. Your insights will directly inform which projects are supported making your contribution central to the programs success.

Youll help shape how the program is understood and adopted across the sector. This includes contributing to the development of operational procedures and supporting strategic communication efforts that build awareness clarify participation criteria and foster engagement with developers lenders and service providers.
