DiRADs Temporary Customer Service Representative position will assist inbound callers with inquiries related to unclaimed property. Reliability and flexibility are crucial for this role. Training is provided!
***Temporary Campaign***
Training: September 29th 2025 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm EST
Campaign: September 30th 2025 from 5pm to 11pm EST
Flexibility to stay past 11pm until queue is cleared of callers is required
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Environment: Remote/From Home
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representatives in DiRADs outsourced call center play the important role of being the first point of contact for individuals who call on one of DiRADs contracted programs. This specific program is to answer/respond to inquiries related to unclaimed property.
