Description

DiRADs Temporary Customer Service Representative position will assist inbound callers with inquiries related to unclaimed property. Reliability and flexibility are crucial for this role. Training is provided!


***Temporary Campaign***

Training: September 29th 2025 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm EST

Campaign: September 30th 2025 from 5pm to 11pm EST

Flexibility to stay past 11pm until queue is cleared of callers is required


Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Environment: Remote/From Home

Requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representatives in DiRADs outsourced call center play the important role of being the first point of contact for individuals who call on one of DiRADs contracted programs. This specific program is to answer/respond to inquiries related to unclaimed property.

  • Answer inbound calls from general public search for unclaimed property & potentially start the claims process
  • Perform short data survey on each call to track information
  • Provide user support with the goal of first-call resolution drawing from training and assistive scripts
  • Additional data entry where required

Skills and Experience

  • Strong proficiency with computers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Efficient strong & professional written communication skills
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong ability to utilize resource documentation to provide inquiry resolutions
  • Take ownership of and have a sense of urgency in resolving an issue

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Clear/fluent English speaker with a positive demeanor
  • Must be able to meet quality and customer experience expectations
  • Reliability and flexibility are a must
  • Must have a quiet distraction-free work environment
  • Must have own equipment - A recent model laptop or PC with at LEAST 8GB of RAM (Chromebooks are not acceptable for performance purposes) USB headset and an Ethernet cord to hardwire into internet router (required)
