Eden Central School is seeking an energetic and inspiring individual to coordinate the 21st CCLC after-school and summer programming. The Site Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the program including: working with school faculty teachers administration and the 21st CCLC Project Director to design high quality engaging programs recruiting overseeing instructors conducting program evaluation and data collection building and strengthening community partnerships managing program budgets participating in state and regional trainings meetings and workshops and working with the administration and Project Director to develop an ongoing strategy to ensure program quality quality staffing and professional development. Ability to create and oversee all aspects that provide opportunities for children outside the regular school day in all of the following areas: Academic Support Education Enrichment Health and Wellness and Character Development. Associates degree is required. Bachelor degree is preferred. Training and professional development will be provided in an ongoing is a 30 hour per week position longer hours during the 5 week summer program. The position comes with health and dental insurance plus paid medical and personal leave.
