The Sales Operations team within the Video Security & Access Control division of Motorola Solutions operates under the chief vice president of sales. At a high level the global sales operations team is responsible for supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by reducing friction in the sales process and influencing channel growth with direct and indirect partners as well as distributors.


Job Description

The Partner Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in the Worldwide Video Sales Operations Team contributing directly to the growth and success of our partner this role you will serve as the first point of contact for potential new Video Security and Access Control partners to ensure their onboarding process is smooth and stress free; from the time they submit their interest in becoming a Partner to signing their contracts to submitting their first order. This will be a stepping stone for someone who wants a career path in sales sales operations or customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whole onboarding process ensuring that all onboarding pre-requisites processes and forms are completed accurately

  • Issue maintain and organize partner contracts and documentation

  • Communicate with sales teams in a proactive fashion

  • Coordinate and lead the efforts related to a new partners account setup

  • Provide advice and support to new Partners: make them aware of partner resources and onboarding requirements

  • Effectively prioritize and manage a case queue of varying partner related tasks

  • Collaborate with Manager and colleagues to identify and remedy onboarding improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or 2 years of customer onboarding or sales operations experience

  • Fast Learner

  • Ability to multitask work under pressure and ever changing environment

  • Can apply critical thinking to make a proper judgment call

  • Demonstrates Self Mastery

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Support mindset and aptitude

  • Salesforce user proficiency

  • Experience in Salesforce CRM sales application

  • Experience with a Help Desk Software

  • Experience in a B2B environment



Target Base Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
