Unit Secretary Pain Management/GI Lab

Work location: Texas Health Center for Diagnostic & Surgery 6020 W Parker Road Plano TX 75093
Work hours: Full Time/Days; Monday-Friday (5:45A-2:15P); hours may be flexed based on business needs; No Weekends/Holidays
Pain Management/GI Lab Department Highlights:
Self-Contained outpatient department providing pain management
Endoscopy and Lithotripsy procedures
Responsible for preparing patients performing procedures and recovery
Fast paced and great team environment

Monday-Fridays no weekends or holidays
Heres What You Need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Recent experience with secretarial or administrative duties in healthcare a plus
CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days of hired required
What You Will Do:
Perform all tasks to meet the needs of physicians staff patients and other customers
Demonstrates acceptable organizational skills
Communicate effectively
Interactions include consideration for patient population specific needs
Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks
