Job Description
A Custodian with Powerworks Industries Inc. (PWI) at Albany MCLB is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned locations mandated by the PWI Albany MCLB Contract. He/she will clean and assist the Lead Worker and Supervisor in the cleaning and maintenance of all designated areas.
The Custodian responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms offices and break rooms
- Vacuuming dusting sweeping and mopping
- Empty trash cans clean windows spot clean walls and restock restroom supplies
- Application of advanced floor care techniques to the campus floor as needed
- Top Scrub strip and wax hard floors
- Working Saturday and Sunday
- Aid in all areas assigned
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements Education & Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); preferred
Minimum 3 months of custodial experience
