MondayFriday $70000 base super generous commissions

About the Role
As aHouse & Land Specialist youll be the first point of contact for homebuyers guiding them from initial enquiry through to contract signing. Youll deliver a seamless personalised experience while driving sales growth through strategic relationships with land developers and agents.
This is a pivotal sales role focused on expanding the companys footprint across the Greater Sydney Region Southern Highlands and South Coast. Youll work closely with land developers to secure exclusive packaging opportunities build strong market partnerships and achieve ambitious sales targets all within a supportive high-performance team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Create update and maintain competitive House & Land packages
  • Leverage existing land agent relationships and confidently build new ones
  • Read and interpret land documents including engineering and subdivision plans planning documentation and estate guidelines
  • Identify and secure exclusive land opportunities in high-growth corridors
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay ahead of market trends
  • Attend developer meetings industry events and maintain strong marketplace visibility
  • Provide accurate reporting and keep packaging tools up to date
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with developer partners
About You
  • Proven success in new home sales or high-value sales roles
  • Goal-oriented driven and confident managing the full sales process
  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills
  • Tech-savvy and organised with solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Quick to build rapport and trusted relationships with clients and partners
  • Knowledge of local land markets and documentation (advantageous)
