The Engineering Recruitment Specialist reports to the Dean of the College of Science and Engineering (or designate) at Houston Christian University. The primary purposes of this position are to create develop and maintain relationships with regional high schools with exceptionally strong academic ranking and/or STEM-focused academies resulting in opportunities for STEM-focused recruiting visits to the schools and visits by those schools to HCU; provide leadership for the Colleges recruiting efforts; and advise a cohort of Engineering and Computing students.
