About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support engineering-focused enterprise applications specifically within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configurator systems. The role will emphasize requirements discovery and definition translating complex business needs into actionable user stories and ensuring delivery through strong Agile practices. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and collaboration is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements for PLM and Configurator systems.
- Translate requirements into clear testable user stories acceptance criteria and workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders engineering teams and product owners.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Azure DevOps.
- Support Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming sprint planning retrospectives reviews).
- Contribute to solution design discussions by providing business and process context.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and add measurable value.
- Assist in change management and training efforts to support adoption of new capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Systems Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or engineering application domains.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for work item tracking and collaboration.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and defining solutions for PLM or Configurator systems.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
