A growing real estate company is seeking a Regional Asset Manager with extensive experience in multi-family real estate management across multiple states. This role involves overseeing a team ensuring smooth project execution and managing property portfolios across various regions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills the ability to handle complex operations and a proven track record of moving projects forward efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee and manage multi-family real estate properties across multiple states.
Lead and manage a team of professionals providing guidance and support.
Ensure projects are progressing on schedule and within budget.
Handle day-to-day property management operations including tenant relations and maintenance.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and performance.
Analyze financial reports and property performance data to make informed decisions.
Manage contracts negotiations and vendor relationships.

Ideal Qualifications:

Extensive experience in multi-family property management across different states.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to manage large portfolios and ensure projects are completed successfully.
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with real estate market trends and financial analysis.
