Job Description

Overview

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is one of the largest independently owned Mortgage Banks in the nation. We are looking for a highly dependable Receptionist who can support and contribute to the success of PRMG. This individual will be responsible for administering the front-desk area acting as a liaison between customers and co-workers in person via phone and/or email.

Schedule: 9am-5pm (Monday - Friday)

Upon hire you will be eligible to enroll in all our company-sponsored benefit programs (Medical Dental Life and Voluntary) on the first of the following month. After completing 60 days you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program on the first of the following month.

Responsibilities

  • Opens office in the morning.
  • Answers and appropriately routes inbound telephone calls responding to inquiries and taking messages or transferring/pagingas appropriate.
  • Greet and directsvisitors.
  • Opens and distributes inbound mail.
  • Manages and posts outbound mail according to company policy.
  • Receives routes logs and distributes deliveries including but not limited to those received from FedEx UPS GSO and Transbox.
  • Manages outbound Transbox delivery pouches/envelopes.
  • Maintains adequate supplies of all shipping and delivery materials from various vendors including intra-office.
  • Prints and mails early disclosures.
  • Approve appraisers and maintain current licensing requirements.
  • Process cancelled/denied loans files for branch.
  • Secure offices at closing.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically proficient in MS Windows software
