Position Overview
Join the exciting journey of our Centre in Erskineville catering for 83 children across three beautiful learning rooms. You will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging high-quality programs that foster curiosity creativity and confidence in every child.

This is your opportunity to shape a learning environment from the very startbuilding strong connections with families supporting your team and delivering programs that foster curiosity creativity and care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the educators in your room fostering teamwork and professional growth.

  • Plan implement and evaluate high-quality learning programs in line with the EYLF and NQS.

  • Maintain effective routines and a safe organised and engaging learning space.

  • Champion the health safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.

  • Build strong respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their childs progress.

  • Support the centres culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection training/certificate

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Passion for creating inspiring engaging learning environments
