Job Description
Job Title: Locum Physician - Radiology
Summary:
Join a supportive healthcare facility in Williston North Dakota that is seeking long-term radiology locums coverage starting as soon as credentialed. The role involves being onsite for two weeks each month (five consecutive days) providing care through minor procedures and image reads including diagnostic mammograms breast biopsies barium enemas small bowel follow-throughs and more. Ideal candidates will have certification in mammography procedures and a desire to start as soon as possible in June.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform minor procedures such as breast localization arthrograms joint aspirations and injections.
- Conduct imaging reads including CT MRI X-rays and mammograms.
- Conduct diagnostic mammograms and manage Medicare overreads.
- Provide patient-focused care in accordance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
- Manage a daily workload of procedures performing 5-10 based on complexity.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIRED
- North Dakota License or IMLC (with LOQ in hand) - REQUIRED
- ACLS BLS DEA and MQSA certified - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and background - PREFERRED
- Previous experience in a similar locum or medical setting is a plus.
License and Certification Requirements:
- North Dakota Medical License - REQUIRED
- DEA Registration - REQUIRED
- ACLS and BLS certifications - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice history - PREFERRED
