Job Description
- BS/BA degree. An engineering or technical degree and experience is helpful.
- At least 5 years or more experience with contingent workforce resource planning and vendor management in an engineering organization within a global company.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to influence negotiate and contribute to key strategic decisions
- Attention to detail data accuracy and quality of output
- Outstanding flexibility in managing shifting priorities
- Experience with outsourcing offshore development centers (ODCs) and statements of work (SOW)
- Experience with budgeting and spend analysis
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with outstanding presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Keynote skills
- Knowledge of database usage survey tools and SOP documentation
