Team and Job Purpose
The Relocation Coordinator will play a key on-site role in supporting the closure of SCIs London Orange Street office and the transition to a new shared workspace. Working closely with the Head of People Operations and the Country Transition Lead this role demands a high level of organisation pro-activity and autonomous working. The Relocation Coordinator will engage with a wide range of stakeholders and staff from building facilities management to senior leadership ensuring clear communication professional engagement and operational excellence throughout the relocation process.
Job Title: Relocation Coordinator part-time 0.6 FTE
Reports To: Head of People Operations with dotted line management to Country Transition Lead
Contract Length: 2 months; start date 2nd September 2025 (with possibility for extension)
Grade:S2
Location: London Orange Street Office (on-site).
Time Zone(that the role holder mustbe available to work in): UK time with working hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm from Tuesday to Thursday (3 days per week)
Right to Work: The successful candidate must possess the unrestricted right to work in United Kingdom for the duration of employment.
