We are seeking a strategic connected and results-driven sales leader to oversee the Diplomatic Entertainment and Specialty marketswith a focus on luxury and high-profile clientele. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and works in close collaboration with Revenue Management Marketing and Hilton Worldwide Sales.

What will I be doing
Sales Strategy & Market Development
Lead the sales effort for Diplomatic Entertainment and Specialty Group/Transient market segments.
Identify solicit and convert high-value transient business from embassies consulates government delegations international organizations entertainment agencies and high-net-worth individuals.
Develop and deploy strategic sales plans that align with resort goals and market trends with a focus on driving premium ADR and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Leisure Sales to ensure alignment and synergy across all transient segments in support of the resorts overall revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate strong lasting relationships with diplomatic decision-makers global travel advisors and elite entertainment professionals.
Serve as the trusted liaison for VIP guests and diplomatic delegations ensuring seamless experiences and discreet personalized service.
Host high-profile site visits FAM trips and industry events to showcase the propertys offerings supporting the overall group/transient efforts.
